She claimed more experience than she actually has. She mentioned 30+yoe over the call but in person she said that she started being a nanny only during pandemic and that she has “raised her children”. She didn’t even change my baby’s diaper properly and left the used wipe on the changing station. Not to mention, she didn’t wash her hands after cleaning my baby until insisted. She also stimulated my baby when she saw her first and started playing with her toys instead of easing into my baby’s world and triggered her stranger danger behaviour.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Olivia as a back-up nanny, and I can’t say enough great things about her. She cared for our 6-month-old with so much love, attention, and playfulness. Olivia was not only wonderful with our baby, but she also brought calm and organization into our home during a stressful time when I was overwhelmed with work and our regular nanny was out unexpectedly.

Shanlee helped us out when we needed last minute care and we couldn’t have made a better decision! She was sweet and caring for our active toddler, keeping him busy and content all day – not an easy task. She is a clear and direct communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. Really really great family to work with. Was with them for a little over 2 years. They are the best and the sweetest! There daughter was the sweetest too – miss them all!

Christine has been taking care of our 3 year old daughter one night a week for about three months now. Christine does a wonderful job with our girl, such as helping her get on the potty, playing with her and helping her when she’s having a tough moment. Christine also follows our directions on what kind of food to feed our daughter and the rules we have about safety in our home. Christine is incredibly prompt and always on time. We are so glad we found Christine, and our daughter loves her!

Alyssa is a very kind and caring person. Alyssa is great at finding developmental activities and following our daughter’s routine. Aside from my spouse, Alyssa is my most trusted caregiver.

Celeste was great with our two year old son! She came and immediately bonded well with our kiddo (on short notice when our main nanny got sick), and the two of them had lots of fun throughout the day while we were able to go to work.
