The Nanny Parent Connection is a community of parents, care providers, and agencies working together to ensure excellent childcare for our little ones. We number over 20,000 members and are exclusively located in the Puget Sound region of Washington.

Periodically, we ask our members to complete pay rate surveys so that we may provide the local community with a snapshot of the average pay for different childcare scenarios (i.e. one child, two children, nanny shares, sitter, part-time, etc). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have not surveyed our members over the past six months. Our team has decided to relaunch our pay rate surveys now to ensure that families, care providers, and agencies have the most current pay rate information. We have also added several new questions/options to reflect the changing times due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
