Common Questions

I offered my provider (or I am a provider and was offered) performance pay or bonuses, unlimited PTO and sick leave, etc. Why are you not asking for this information?

Unlimited PTO/sick leave and performance pay/bonuses are not standard benefits or compensation in the nanny industry.

I’m a nanny and have worked with multiple families over the past year. How can I share specifics about each family I worked with?

Great question! Feel free to take the survey multiple times in order to share details of each family you worked with.

My family worked with several care providers in the past 12 months. Can I take the survey more than once?

Yes, you are welcome to take the survey more than once to reflect each child care provider experience.

I am an agency representative who placed nannies over the past 12 months. Can I take the survey?

Yes. Over the past few years, we have had dozens of nanny agencies participate in our surveys.

When will I receive the survey results?

We will close the survey in February 2024 and will release the results about a week later. Make sure to enter your email address at the end of the survey so that we can email you results.
