At this point, you should have received the fully executed Concierge Service agreement from us. If not, please respond to this email and let me know.
Next, I will be in touch with you shortly to either begin the interview process or if we have already completed the interview process, to begin sharing some potential candidates with you and your family.

Housekeeping Information:
We offer all of our Concierge Service clients full access to our Facebook community and available tools on the website for 90 days. Whether you decide to use the community or tools is up to you – it is not required for us to complete our work.
If you do decide to use the tools on our website, please login using the username and password that you set up during the sign up process. I’d recommend taking a moment to explore the various tools such as our Payroll Service and Pay Calculator (for help with paying your nanny legally and on time), the Last Minute Care and Verified Care Provider services (if your nanny is out sick or on vacation and you need fill in care), and our Library (if you have questions about interviewing, hiring or working with a nanny). We also have member generated Pay Rate Surveys if you would like to take a look at compensation rates for a variety of child care scenarios.
If you plan to use our Facebook community, please click here and then click the “Join Group” button. If you do not receive access within two hours, please reply to this email and let us know. If your spouse/partner would like access to the community as well, reply to this email.
