How much does the Concierge Service cost?
Our Concierge fee is based on how soon you need your nanny to start, and it is set when you sign up:
- Standard (start in 31+ days): $4,999.00
- Urgent (start in 15 to 30 days): $5,499.00
- Emergency (start in 0 to 14 days): $5,999.00
Each tier is paid in two parts: a $750.00 registration fee to begin your search, and a placement fee (the rest of the tier price) that you only pay after we successfully place a nanny with your family. It is the same full-service search at every tier; a shorter timeline simply means more compressed work for our team. Most other nanny agencies charge between $8,000.00 and $18,000.00, or about $10,000.00 on average, for this same service.
What if my timeline changes after I sign up?
Your tier and fee are set by your desired start date when you sign up. If your timeline moves up and you need your nanny sooner, we can upgrade your search to the faster tier, and you would simply pay the difference between the two tiers.
Are there any other costs involved? Do I have to pay for the background check?
No. There are no other costs or fees involved with our Concierge Service. The price you see is the price you pay.
What is your success rate for matching families through the Concierge Service?
Currently, we have a 98% success rate in matching families with care providers.
If you’re unable to find the right nanny for my family, do I still have to pay the placement fee?
No. If we are unable to find an amazing provider for your family (which rarely happens), you do not pay the placement fee. Your $750.00 registration fee covers the active search.
Do you only source candidates from your Facebook communities?
No. We use a variety of sourcing channels, including our caregiver network, outreach, and proprietary tools to find the best match for your needs.
How do I handle paying my care provider and withholding taxes?
We can help. Many families use our Payroll Service (starts at $59/month). If you prefer to run payroll yourself, we offer a Pay Calculator, plus guidance in our Library and on our YouTube channel.
My child has special needs and I’m looking for a provider with a unique skill set. Can I still use Concierge?
Yes. In many cases, Concierge is the best way to find specialized or hard-to-source caregiver profiles.
I don’t live in the Seattle area, can I still use Concierge?
